If using our sound system, we have an AUX cord that can plug into your playlist. Please have someone in charge that knows what playlists you want for the event vs. whatever songs you may have chosen for specific dances.
If you have a video or slideshow you would like to have playing, we recommend bringing it on a flash drive. We also have an HDMI cable that can be connected to a computer. If possible, it’s a good idea to come in a few days before your event to make sure your video is working with our system.
If you would like to bring your own decor for the farm tables and surrounding areas, please let us know ahead of time so that we can be ready. If you would like a different arrangement please let the staff know prior to your event. If you would like any other decor removed, there may be a fee, depending on how much, and can be discussed as needed.
*Please note that the larger furniture pieces need to stay (tables, benches, chairs, cabinets).
• Please do NOT bring confetti, rice to throw, or decor with glitter… thank you!
• Music (playlist or DJ, keep in mind to have separate songs for couple dance, mother/son dance, father/daughter dance, ring ceremony, etc.).
• SOME FUN ADVICE - Choose a fun person to run the microphone (have timeline printed out for the cutting of cake, throwing bouquet, couple dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, sparklers, etc.).
